Officina 12 is one of the few nightspots to have two gardens, open for drinks and as a restaurant. The courtyard garden hosts up to 60 people, both ford ining and drinks, usable even in winter season, thanks to an innovative tensioned structure that keeps it closed and warm. Whilst on the covered patio can host 25 people dining. The soft lighting on the red walls gives the client a warm charming atmosphere without intimidating.

A rich high tech cast iron wall separates the American bar , which hosts up to 60 people. A few steps away dominates the area of the Loft hall , a spacious loft which can hold up to 70 people, created to the restaurant a more informal touch ideal for groups. The last room, the Jazz hall , named after the various jazz icons, original portraits and original album covers, is ideal for small or large business dinners and can host up to 60 people.
